Q: How do I register for the TEAM YCS โ Las Vegas, NV?
The primary way to register for the TEAM YCS โ Las Vegas, NV is through online registration. You can pre-register online at https://registration.yugioh-card.com. If space is available at the end of online registration on Friday April 17th, you will also be able to register on that same day between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM at the venue. There will not be any on-time registration on the Saturday of the event. If space allows, late entry will be opened on Saturday, after the start of Round 1 and teams will be allowed to register to enter the tournament in the second Round with a Round 1 Match loss.
- To pre-register online, your team will need to create an account on the https://registration.yugioh-card.com website if you do not already have one. Once you have registered for an account, you can register for the event by clicking on Events and selecting TEAM YCS Las Vegas, NV by clicking on Details. Follow the instructions from there to confirm your seat at the YCS:
https://registration.yugioh-card.com/Events/Register.aspx?id=18685
Each team member submits their Deck List individually. You do not need to turn in a Deck List when you register, but all team members must turn in a Deck List on the registration website before 2:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) on Friday April 17th. If anyone on the team does not submit a Deck List on the registration website by the 2:00 PM deadline, the team will automatically be dropped from the event. You can create your Deck List on the registration website here:
https://registration.yugioh-card.com/Decks/MyDeckLists.aspx
If on-site registration is possible, you will need to create an account on the registration website and create your Deck List there (https://registration.yugioh-card.com). This can be completed on your phone. If you need help completing your registration on site, event staff will be available to help.
Once a Deck List has been submitted, you can update and resubmit it up until the pre-registration deadline of 2:00 PM PT on Friday, April 17th
Q: If I pre-registered and can no longer attend, do I have to notify anyone?
A: Yes. Any team or Duelist that does not attend the TEAM YCS and does not reach out to the registration website team before 12:00 PM PT on Friday, February 13th to notify that they wonโt be able to attend will be blocked from registering online for future YCS events and World Championship Qualifier (WCQ) events.
If you pre-registered but are no longer attending, please reach out to the contact information found on the Contact Us page of the registration website, https://registration.yugioh-card.com/Contact.aspx, and let the registration staff that you will not make it to the event.
Q: Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
A: No. Registration for TEAM YCS events are non-transferable.
Q: If I couldnโt pre-register online or I donโt have a team, can I still attend Public Events or to spectate?
A: Space at each TEAM YCS event is limited. If you were not able to pre-register online for the event, please do not purchase travel and hotel accommodations with the intent of participating in Public Events or to spectate. There is no guarantee space will become available once online registration sells out. All Public Events are run pending space available in the event hall.
Q: If an event sells out online, will I be able to register on site?
A: If space does become available on site, such as due to teams not being able to attend, that space will be made available on a first-come basis. There is NO GUARANTEE any seats will become available if online pre-registration sells out, so if you or any of your teammates are not local to, or planning to be in the area on the weekend of the TEAM YCS, we do not recommend you arrange travel and hotel without a confirmed seat to compete in the YCS. Seating will be limited, and Public Events alone are no reason to travel long distances. There will be more YCS, so please keep that in mind if you are unable to pre-register for this event.
If your team is hoping to be able to participate in this way, we recommend that all team members create your Deck Lists on the registration website now. This will allow you to easily complete your registration if space becomes available. If your teamโs Deck Lists are not ready to submit when space becomes available, you may not be able to register if other teams who have their Deck Lists already created on the registration website claim any available space before your team is able to finish creating your Deck Lists. Therefore, it is recommended that all team members create your Deck Lists in advance of coming to the venue to make any attempt to register as smooth as possible.
To create your Deck List on the registration website, you would log in to the website and go to My Deck Lists in the menu. Create your Deck List here, making it match your Deck exactly.
Q: Will I need to check in if I pre-registered online?
A: Yes, your whole team would need to check in at the event if you pre-registered online. To check in, your whole team must be present and check in at the same time. At the check-in counter, each team member will need to show a form of photo ID, such as a Driverโs License, ID card, Passport, or School ID. When you check in, you will be prompted to pay $75.00 (USD) to receive 15 booster packs, 5 booster packs per team member, and registration into the event. Your entire team must check in between 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM to confirm your seat in the tournament or their seat will be forfeited.
If you or any of your teammates are not able to check in on Friday, April 17th, 2026, prior to 6:30 PM PT due to travel or other issues, one of you will need to contact the Tournament Organizer at us-ygo-registration@kde-us.com no later than 12:00 PM PT on Friday, April 17th to make alternative check-in arrangements for your team.
