Now, they’re facing off in this Round 7 Feature Match! Only one of them can advance to the next Swiss Round with a perfect record. It’s time to Duel!

Duel One

Louang opened up Duel 1 with Nemeses Flag, Crossout Designator, Sword Ryzeal, Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring, and Ryzeal Cross.

He Normal Summoned Sword Ryzeal and activated its effect. Hahn activated the effect of Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring, and Louang Chained Crossout Designator and banished an Ash Blossom from his own Deck to negate it. He resolved Sword’s effect to add Ext Ryzeal from his Deck to his hand. He Special Summoned Ext Ryzeal by sending Number 18: Heraldry Patriarch from the Extra Deck to his Graveyard and then used the effects of Number 18 and Ext as Chain Links 1 and 2 respectively. He added Node Ryzeal to his hand and sent 2 copies of Heraldic Beast Leo from his Deck to his Graveyard. He used the effect of a Leo to add Heraldic Beast Stad Whale from his Deck to his hand and Hahn activated the effect of Mulcharmy Fuwalos in his hand. Louang used Sword and Ext as Xyz Materials to Summon Ryzeal Duo Drive, allowing Hahn to draw a card from the effect of Fuwalos, and then Louang activated Ryzeal Cross. He Special Summoned Nemeses Flag from his hand by returning his banished Ash Blossom to his Deck and then used its effect to add Archnemeses Protos from his Deck to his hand. He activated the effect of Duo Drive and detached both Xyz Materials from it to add Ryzeal Plugin and Ice Ryzeal from his Deck to his hand. He Special Summoned Ice from his hand by sending Stad Whale to the Graveyard and then Special Summoned Node Ryzeal from his hand. He sent Nemeses Flag from his field to his Graveyard to Special Summon Sword Ryzeal from his Graveyard with Node’s effect and then combined Sword, Node, and Ice to Xyz Summon Ryzeal Detonator, allowing Hahn to draw another card. Louang used Detonator’s effect to attach Number 18 from his Graveyard to it as an Xyz Material and then banished Stad Whale from his Graveyard to Special Summon 2 Leos from his Graveyard. He used the 2 Leos to Xyz Summon Number 60: Dugares the Timeless, giving Hahn another draw, and then detached both Xyz Materials from it to draw 2 cards and discard Ice. He activated Advanced Heraldry Art next to Special Summon 2 Leos and use them to Xyz Summon Starliege Photon Blaster, allowing Hahn to draw another card. Louang used Duo Drive and Starliege as Xyz Materials to Summon Eclipse Twins, letting Hahn draw another card, and then banished Ice, Nemeses Flag, and Leo from his Graveyard to Special Summon Archnemeses Protos. He activated Protos’s effect declaring “DARK” and then Set Plugin to his back row before passing his turn.

Hahn drew a card and then had 9 cards in his hand. He activated Infinite Impermanence targeting Ryzeal Detonator and Louang Chained Detonator’s effect to have it destroy itself. Louang used the effect of the Number 18 that was sent to the Graveyard and sent 2 more Heraldic Beasts from his Deck to his Graveyard. He flipped Plugin next, Special Summoning the Detonator back to the field and attaching Star Ryzeal from his Deck to the Detonator as an Xyz Material. Next, he used the Detonator’s effect to attach Number 18 from his Graveyard to it as an Xyz Material. Hahn activated Seventh Tachyon next, but lost out to Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring. Hahn followed up by Normal Summoning Ice and activating its effect. Louang negated the effect with Cross by detaching an Xyz Material from Detonator. Next, Hahn Special Summoned Ext from his hand by sending Number 18 from his Extra Deck to his Graveyard and used the effects of Number 18 and Ext. He sent Heraldic Beast Leo and Heraldic Beast Gryphon from his Deck to his Graveyard and added Sword to his hand with Ext’s effect. Hahn added Stad Whale to his hand with Leo’s effect. Next, he Xyz Summoned Light Dragon @Ignister and Special Summoned Sword from his hand. He used Sword’s effect to add Star Ryzeal from his Deck to his hand. He activated Bonfire next and added Ice Ryzeal from his Deck to his hand. He sent Stad Whale to the Graveyard to Special Summon Ice and then combined Ice with Sword to Xyz Summon Number 60. He used its effect to Special Summon Stad Whale and used the Stad Whale’s effect to add two copies of Advanced Heraldry Art from his Deck to his hand by discarding Seventh Ascension. He used one Advanced Heraldry Art to Special Summon Leo and Gryphon, and use them to Xyz Summon Castel, the Skyblaster Musketeer. He detached both Xyz Materials from it to try to return Eclipse Twins to the Extra Deck, and Louang Chained Detonator’s effect to destroy the Eclipse Twins. The Twins’s effect activated and Louang Special Summoned Starliege Photon Blast Dragon with Number 18 attached. Next, Hahn Special Summoned Star from his hand by detaching an Xyz Material from Light Dragon and he Set Cross from his Deck with Star’s effect. He flipped it face-up and then combined Stad Whale with Star Ryzeal to Summon Duo Drive. He activated its effect to attach an Ice Ryzeal from his Graveyard to it as an Xyz Material and then activated another Advanced Heraldry Art. He once again Special Summoned Leo and Gryphon, and used them as Xyz Materials to Summon Traptrix Rafflesia. He activated Duo Drive’s effect and detached one Xyz Material from Duo Drive and 1 from Rafflesia to add Node Ryzeal and Sword Ryzeal from his Deck to his hand. He then activated Light Dragon @Ignister’s effect by detaching an Xyz Material to destroy Starliege. Next, he Special Summoned Node Ryzeal from his hand and sent Number 60 to the Graveyard to Special Summon Star Ryzeal from his Graveyard. He combined Star with Node to Summon Detonator and used its effect to give it another Xyz Material. Next, he detached an Xyz Material from Traptrix Rafflesia to send Ryzeal Plasma Hole from his Deck to his Graveyard and use its effect. He entered his Battle Phase and attacked Protos with Detonator to destroy it. He then attacked directly with the rest of his monsters and banished Plasma Hole from his Graveyard to Xyz Summon Eclipse Twins in the Battle Phase. The direct attack from Eclipse Twins wiped out the rest of Louang’s Life Points!

Duel Two

Louang opened up Duel 2 with Crossout Designator, Droll & Lock Bird, Heraldic Beast Leo, Small World, and Archnemeses Eschatos. He activated Small World by revealing Leo from his hand, showing Hahn a Mulcharmy Purulia from his Deck, and adding Ext Ryzeal from his Deck to his hand. He banished the Leo and Purulia face-down. Next, Louang Special Summoned Ext from his hand by sending Number 18 from his Extra Deck to his Graveyard. He used the effect of Ext to add Sword Ryzeal from his Deck to his hand and the effect of Number 18 to send Gryphon and Leo from his Deck to his Graveyard. He used Leo’s effect to add Heraldic Beast Stad Whale from his Deck to his hand. He Special Summoned Sword Ryzeal next and used its effect to add Star Ryzeal from his Deck to his hand. He Normal Summoned Stad Whale and used its effect by discarding Droll from his hand. He added 2 copies of Advanced Heraldry Art from his Deck to his hand and then used all 3 monsters on his field to Xyz Summon Evilswarm Ouroboros. He randomly discarded a Leo from Hahn’s hand, and Hahn used its effect to add a Gryphon from his Deck to his hand. Next, Hahn Special Summoned Star from his hand by detaching an Xyz Material from Ouroboros and used Star’s effect to Set Cross from his Deck. He flipped it and then activated Art to Special Summon Gryphon and Leo, and used them to Xyz Summon Duo Drive. He used Duo Drive’s effect to attach Ext to it from the Graveyard and then used Duo Drive’s other effect. He detached 2 Xyz Materials from it to add Ryzeal Plugin and Node Ryzeal from his Deck to his hand. Hahn promptly conceded.

Duel Three

Hahn started off Duel 3 by Special Summoning Ext Ryzeal from his hand by sending Number 18 from his Extra Deck to his Graveyard.

He added Sword to his hand with Ext’s effect and sent 2 Leos from his Deck to his Graveyard with his Number 18’s effect. He used a Leo’s effect to add Stad Whale from his Deck to his hand and then Special Summoned Sword. He activated Sword’s effect and added Ice Ryzeal from his Deck to his hand. Next, he Normal Summoned Stad Whale and discarded Ice Ryzeal to add 2 copies of Advanced Heraldry Art from his Deck to his hand. He combined all 3 monsters on his field to Xyz Summon Ouroboros and used its effect to randomly discard Star Ryzeal from Louang’s hand. Next, he activated Ryzeal Cross and detached an Xyz Material from Ouroboros to Special Summon Star. He used Star’s effect to Set Plasma Hole from his Deck and then used Star and Ouroboros to Xyz Summon Eclipse Twins. Next, he activated Advanced Heraldry Art to Special Summon 2 Leos and combine them to Xyz Summon Duo Drive. He used Duo Drive’s effect to attach an Ext from his Graveyard to it as an Xyz Material. Next, he used Duo Drive’s effect to add Node Ryzeal and Ice Ryzeal from his deck to his hand by giving up 2 Xyz Materials on his field. He Special Summoned Node from his hand and then sent Twins to the Graveyard to Special Summon Sword. He then used Twins’s effect to Special Summon Ouroboros from his Graveyard and attach Number 18 to it. He combined Node and Sword to Summon Detonator and used Detonator’s effect to attach a Twins from his Graveyard to the Detonator as an Xyz Material. He then detached an Xyz Material from Ouroboros to use its effect again and force Louang to discard a Leo from his hand. Louang activated Leo’s effect, but lost out to Cross. Next, Hahn activated another Heraldry Art to Special Summon 2 Leos and combined them to Xyz Summon Number 60: Dugares the Timeless. He detached an Xyz Material from it to draw 2 cards and discard a Pot of Prosperity. He returned a Star and Ice from his Graveyard to his Deck to draw a card with Cross and then Set 3 cards to his back row.

Louang drew Nemeses Flag and added it to his hand of Sales Ban and Small World. He activated the Sales Ban declaring Droll & Lock Bird and then activated Small World. Hahn flipped Solemn Judgment to negate its activation, and Louang conceded with a handshake!
